Home Grown Philanthropy

Many of us dream of hitting the jackpot, and charity is often at the top of our giving list.  We dream these things because the good in us wants to make sure that the less fortunate receive some of our blessings. Key to this dream is that our philanthropy, though well meaning, comes from excesses that you never had before.  But true philanthropy is the giving to others, using our personal resources that may, or may not, be currently accounted for.  Through this sort of generosity from Warrior Group, the Foundation can embark on our mission to connect with, partner with and support other organizations that are making a real difference in the community, on behalf of underserved children.

As Executive Director, I can speak for the HOAW Foundation and HOAW Board to say -- Thank You.  Thanks for caring about the underserved, so that children who may feel like they have no hope today, can one day dream of their own philanthropy.   Wouldn't it be great if we all found ways to "give back" like Warrior Group.
